WWT Chefs 2017

OK, now that you’ve seen the list of chefs here’s the victuals they’ll be cooking up for you at A Wild and Wonderful Table! They’ve included not only local farms and seasonal ingredients but have also incorporated traditional West Virginia & Appalachian cuisine with some contemporary twists.

We have not one but two super talented West Virginia musicians joining us for the evening. Annie Neeley (L) will be performing throughout cocktails and dinner. Dancing will be encouraged! And for the after party down by the pond, bluegrass under the stars with Hillary Kay (R). And you just might hear a few songs with the ladies singing together! Space is limited and tickets are going fast. Order yours today by clicking the buttons above.

A Wild & Wonderful Table will have the best farm to table bar around. The evening’s bar will feature West Virginia craft beer, carefully chosen wine and craft cocktails made from ingredients inspired by our local farmers. Utilizing truly seasonal ingredients, each cocktail will highlight a chosen farm. Last year the cocktails included a Purple Basil Gimlet from Harmony Farm basil, and a tequila cocktail called Late Summer Swing, featuring watermelon from Green Acres Farm and Greenhouses. Athena Rae Freedlander, Beverage Director at Sargasso will be designing these delicious libations. Let’s see what September brings to the farmers and what bounty will be in our glasses! Tickets may be purchased by clicking the A Wild and Wonderful Tickets and Info button above or at the market tent every Sunday. All proceeds benefit the BFM.

A Wild and Wonderful Table will also feature some of the most beautiful table settings and decor you’ll ever find at a farm dinner courtesy of Quinn Miller of BFM vendor Feathered. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll see this year in some photos from last year’s dinner.
